The Public Debt Management Practice was set up by Jose Maurel in January 2014. PDM Practice offers consultancy and trainig in public debt management. It also advocates for the recognition of public debt management as a discipline and of debt management as a profession.

 

Jose has been working in the area of debt management for over 25 years and has wide international development experience gained in over 50 countries as well as access to a large network of agencies and professionals working in PDM. José was formerly Director, Special Advisory Services Division at the Commonwealth Secretariat (London)
